1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("you") and boys888 ("platform") in connection with all services available at boys888.click, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, blackjack, the VIP Program, and any other current or future services.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Have full legal capacity to enter into valid contracts under Brazilian law.

Each user may maintain only one active account on boys888. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or banking details is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of balances.

3 Account & User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password). boys888 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from password sharing or the user's failure to protect their credentials.

• Never share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Always use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact boys888 support immediately.
• Keep your contact information up to date whenever anything changes.
• The user is responsible for checking the local laws applicable to online betting in their city or state.

Boys888 does not allow third parties to operate an account on behalf of the account holder. All bets and transactions made on the account are the sole responsibility of the registered holder.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Boys888 accepts the following deposit methods, all available exclusively to users residing in Brazil with a valid CPF:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The preferred method for most Brazilian users.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment. Available at all major banks in Brazil.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted. Funds are credited within 15 minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — digital wallets with instant credit available upon confirmation.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other domestic banks. Funds credited within 1 business day.

Accidental or duplicate deposits must be reported to boys888 support within 24 hours. boys888 will review each case individually. Deposits already used in bets or games are non-refundable.

5 Withdrawals

Boys888 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the account holder whose CPF is on file. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum limit for users who have completed identity verification (KYC).

Processing times are as follows:

• Standard users: within 5 minutes of the request, via Pix.
• Silver VIP: priority queue, processed ahead of standard users.
• VIP Platinum: within 2 minutes of the request.
• VIP Diamond and Elite: instant processing.

For the first withdrawal, boys888 may request identity verification documents as a security measure. Withdrawals are only released to a bank account or Pix key registered under the same CPF on file. boys888 does not process withdrawals by cash, check, or any method other than Pix to the account holder's own account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Boys888 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. The specific conditions of each promotion are published on the corresponding page and supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion's conditions take precedence over the general rules in this section.

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is valid for the first deposit only, per account.
• The minimum rollover requirement to release any bonus for withdrawal is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion.
• Promotions are valid for a set period, as indicated in each offer. Expired bonuses will not be reactivated.
• boys888 reserves the right to cancel promotions in cases of abuse, fraudulent use, or the creation of multiple accounts to improperly claim offers.
• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated in the offer description.

7 Sports Betting

Boys888 offers pre-match and live betting on the major sports covered by the platform, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports (CBLOL, CS, and more).

• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per selection. There is no globally defined maximum — per-event limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Confirmed bets are final. Cancellations are only allowed through the Cash Out feature, where available for the event.
• boys888 may limit or refuse bets at its own discretion, particularly in cases of odds irregularities or suspected manipulation.
• Odds with an obvious error (e.g., odds of 100.00 on a clear favorite) may be corrected or voided by boys888 before settlement.
• If an event is cancelled for any reason before it begins, all bets are fully refunded.
• Events interrupted after they begin are settled based on the rules of the sport and the actual match state, as determined by boys888.

For live betting, odds change continuously throughout the event. boys888 is not responsible for any difference between the displayed odds and the odds actually confirmed if they shift during the bet confirmation process.

8 Casino & Gambling

10 Prohibited Conduct

The user agrees not to engage in, directly or indirectly, any of the following actions on the boys888 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or in an unauthorized manner.
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to simulate human bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to guarantee artificial profit ("collusion arbitrage").

11 Account Closure and Suspension

The user may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting boys888 support. Any real balance available in the account will be returned to the user via Pix after identity verification, minus any active bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met.

Boys888 may suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to submit verification documents within the required timeframe.
• User's own request for self-exclusion or a temporary break.
• Extended account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
